This is one of seventeen US paper model houses books with patterns and instructions for 3 little Midwest paper houses perfect for educational or craft purposes. They are Ohio Townhouse, South Dakota Hotel, Wisconsin Gothic Revival House. These little projects were used in classrooms and homeschools before I gathered them into book form. They make charming Christmas villages or just fun geometric exercises. Perfect for grades Kindergarten through high school and adults.
